Nahuel Telleria

Nahuel has a BA in English and theater from Columbia University, an M.A. in humanities from the University of Chicago, and an M.F.A. in dramaturgy and dramatic criticism—with comprehensive areas of study in European medieval drama and Samuel Beckett—from David Geffen School of Drama at Yale. His current research looks at the last thirty years of Argentine theater postdictatorship, particularly the confessional function of monologues in solo performance, conventional drama, and autobiographical theater. Alongside his scholarly endeavors, Nahuel works as a freelance dramaturg, translator, and writer.

Research interests include Latin American theater, solo performance, confessional theory, autobiography, documentary theater, contemporary global theater, and translation.
