Nadir Balan has been part of the David Geffen School of Drama and Yale Repertory Theatre Operations Department for nearly a decade, first serving as Operations Associate and currently as the Director of Facility Operations. Prior to joining the Operations department, he worked in the Paint shop and Prop shop, and as a draftsman was the designer of the school’s George Award.
