Jordan Person

Lecturer in Theater Management

Jordan Person (she/her) is the founding Managing Partner of Town Hall, a digital marketing agency specializing in nonprofit and education organizations. Her clients include higher education institutions such as Harvard University, Columbia University, and NYU; nonprofits such as PBS, American Heart Association, No Kid Hungry, and Four Freedoms Park Conservancy’s Art x Freedom.

Jordan’s career began at Situation, a leading marketing agency for arts and entertainment brands. She was hired in 2011 as the Executive Assistant to the Founder/President of Situation and grew within the organization over the years. Her final role at Situation was as the Vice President of Business Development and Communications. During her tenure, Jordan always believed that Situation’s community-driven approach could benefit mission-driven organizations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Jordan tested that theory to great success by supporting nonprofit and education organizations as they navigated unprecedented changes to their businesses and their audiences. It was a natural evolution of her role to lead the team in this work and ultimately oversee the creation and growth of Town Hall.

Jordan serves on the board of Situation Project and holds a Bachelor of Music from NYU Steinhardt. She resides in NYC with her husband and two young children.
