Krista DeVellis

Krista DeVellis is an adaptable education administrator and artist. She is passionate about creating opportunities for growth through art. In her prior work as a Graduate Admissions Officer at the University of Bridgeport, she helped prospective students throughout the country to make their graduate school goals accessible. In her previous position as an Education Associate with Hartford Stage, she designed and implemented various theatre programs in Hartford and the surrounding counties. Her work included leading a post graduate apprenticeship program, in-school workshops, after school classes, and student productions. Krista has worked as a performer and props master with Night Fall: a free, annual community event in Hartford featuring storytelling, puppetry, and dance. Krista additionally was the props master for Bated Breath’s production of Beneath the Gavel. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Theater.
